They each offer great advice for building a writer's craft and career, with 60-plus short articles by a bevy of successful writers, journalists, writing teachers, literary bloggers, and more.

The core philosophy: we learn from small bits of good advice; we need many small stepping stones on the path to becoming a successful writer.

My goal as editor: each and every writer can find at least one piece in each volume that will really make a difference in their writing career.

(And teachers of writing will also find that each volume offers a lot of good ideas for students.)
